REPORT ON FIRST ADVENTURE TRIP TO BBPS SOLAN - 16th to 19th NOVEMBER 2022
Adventure is the experience of some exciting activities. It is the unusual experience which comes from the activities full of courage, excitement and joy.
Adventure activities are full of courage, joy and excitement with potential of doing anything. People do activities like exploring, skydiving, mountaineering, participating in sports, river rafting and many more.
School is a place where a child learns many things. So to make our students learn self dependence, team work, cooperation, courteous behaviour and adjusting to the situations, CES has made an activity centre at BBPS Solan.
Our school students also got a chance to go for this adventure trip in the month of November 2022.
About 62 students came forward for the trip.
Day 1 : 15th November 2022 –
We all started our journey with lot of excitement on 15th November 2022 from Rani Kamlapati Railway Station in Bhopal Express and reached Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station on 16th November morning.
Day 2 : 16th November 2022 –
The buses from BBPS Solan were ready to take us. We had our breakfast in the bus and set out.
On our way a delicious lunch was arranged at Vivaan Resort. After the lunch, we started our journey again and reached our destination at 8.45 pm.
All the staff were eagerly waiting for us. They briefed us about the rules and the activities which were to be conducted in the next two days.
At the dinner in the mess, students learnt not to waste food and eat without talking.
Day 3 : 17th November 2022 –
we got up early morning and went for a treck to “Giri Ganga”, a nearby river. Students enjoyed a lot and returned by 8.30 am.
After the breakfast and bath the in-campus activities started.
Rope ladder, wall climbing, rope walking, net climbing etc. activities continued before and after lunch.
In the evening, children had yoga and exercise session.
Day 4 : 18th November 2022 –
In the morning, we were taken for a treck to a temple of Lord Shiva nearly 3 km away.
After returning and having breakfast, students actively participated in the adventure activities like zip line, Burma bridge, descending a wall etc. till 5.00 pm in the evening. Then they had a dance session in the evening which was energizing for them.
After the dinner we slept to get up early for return journey.
Day 5 : 19th November 2022 –
At 8.00 am, after breakfast we had a group photo with Colonel Sir and left for Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station. We reached there by 7.00 pm, boarded the train.
Day 6 : 20th November 2022 -
We reached Rani Kamlapati Railway Station in the morning at 8.00 am .
The trip was very adventurous and helpful for the children to learn about the nature, to adjust and become independent when they are out of their parents’ custody.
We hope to get our next trip scheduled very soon in coming session as students are eagerly waiting for the trip.
